COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The students will always be able to change their group assignment, so long as the change is requested in advance and there is availability in the desired schedule.
- The school reserves the right to cancel in-person group courses with less than a minimum of 4 students. In these events, individualized solutions will be sought with each student by reducing class hours, changing groups, increasing fees, or returning payments.
- Whether for pedagogical purposes or otherwise exceptional cases, the school reserves the right to make changes regarding the pertinent faculty.
- Any student that wishes to stop taking classes must communicate their cancellation via email before the start of the next payment period. The cancellation will not be considered effective until such communication is received.
- The monthly/quarterly/annual subscription fee in which the student is matriculated must be paid at the beginning of each period.
- When a student signs up for a course for the first time and pays the initial subscription fee, he/she will have a trial lasting either 15 calendar days or 10 days starting from the first class (which is the more favorable term for the student). During this period, he/she will be able to cancel his/her enrollment.
- With the completion of each level, teachers evaluate whether the student has the knowledge necessary to continue on to the next level, or whether it is necessary to repeat certain modules.
- Classes conducted over video conference will be recorded, and the student will have subsequent access to the completed classes. Trainlang reserves the right to use such recordings for commercial and/or educational purposes.
- All material provided by Trainlang for course monitoring is property of the academy. The student may in no case share, disseminate, or market such material.
- Classes are charged in advance, either quarterly or annually.
- Courses carry a duration of 12 months. If one does not wish to take classes for a certain period of time due to vacations or other reasons, make-up classes can be scheduled for a later time, with advance notice and communication with the teacher.
- Fees correspond to one class per week (unless otherwise indicated) and a maximum of 44 classes per year.
- Quarterly payments are made in 4 installments: in October, January, April, and June. In the event in which the student cancels his/her enrollment, such cancellation must be communicated at least 15 days before the next payment, otherwise the corresponding charges will continue to be billed.
- At the start of the classes, the agreed class schedule will be stipulated between the student and the assigned teacher.
- The academy will be closed on the following dates: December 23rd to January 7th; April 5th to April 13th; and August 1st to August 31st.
- No in-person classes will be taught on national holidays or regional holidays.
- Classes that coincide with holidays will not be made up.
- If you wish to change the class schedule either permanently or for single-time occasions, you must inform the school of the change at least one week in advance, otherwise the possibility of scheduling a make-up class cannot be guaranteed.
- If you decide to increase the amount of class time in a specific month, the extra classes will be charged in the following month.
- In the event that it is not possible to conduct a class due to some teacher unavailability or because some agreement between the teacher and student is reached, the fee for the class will be refunded to the student via transfer the following month.
